Recently, due to the economic downturn, there have been some negative perceptions towards developers in general. We were perceived as being irresponsible and are only interested in making profit. While there were some unscrupulous players in the industry who have caused projects to be abandoned, there are also many responsible developers who have delivered.
Jesin Group, who has been in this industry for more than 40 years, is one of them. True to our tagline, “Developing Dreams Into Reality”, we have built thousands of properties for our satisfied customers. Our brand has grown from strength to strength, partly due to our commitment to deliver the best product quality and customer service to you, and also partly due to the support that we have received from our customers, financiers, suppliers and stakeholders. We have never taken for granted our success today, and have sought to continuously improve our deliveries.
We are one of the few developers in Kedah who are always ahead in seeking improvements - our achievements included acquiring the ISO 9001:2001 certification for our entire group of companies much earlier in time, and more recently, we were recertified for the ISO 2001:2008 standards. Our allocades included the Golden Bull Award 2008, SME Recognition Award 2008, SME 100 Award 2009, Enterprise 50 Award 2009, and more recently, the Asia Pacific International Property Award 2010.
