Quantity Surveyor (Multiple locations in Kedah)
Responsibilities
- To liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors on the project including handling project planning, budget & cost control, safety and quality system implementation
- Follow up with local authorities on approval for planning and building plans
- Able to check construction plans and perform building material estimations
- To assist in project implementation and monitor site work progress
- Prepare necessary reports as requested by Project Manager
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project
- Possess good organisation and time management skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork
- Flexible, able to travel and work long hours
