Credit Admin (Sungai Petani & Pokok Sena, Kedah)

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and credit control processes
  • Liaise with financiers, solicitors and relevant authorities to complete property purchase and loan documentations
  • Attend to customer’s enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide timely reports and forecasting of sales collections
  • Assist in sales, project launches and company events when required

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality & good analytical skills
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
  • Experience with property systems such as IFCA/Wiz System would be an added advantage
