Credit Admin (Sungai Petani & Pokok Sena, Kedah)
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and credit control processes
- Liaise with financiers, solicitors and relevant authorities to complete property purchase and loan documentations
- Attend to customer’s enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Provide timely reports and forecasting of sales collections
- Assist in sales, project launches and company events when required
Requirements
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality & good analytical skills
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
- Experience with property systems such as IFCA/Wiz System would be an added advantage
